Snow, snow and even more snow!

Hello everyone! How has this started for every one else? Mine started with snow and lot more snow expected so yay, fun :) I mean, not really although everything looks much nicer with snow on the ground but I gotta say this weather makes everything harder. Ok I only use public transportation but I feel sorry for my husband who has to drive his car to go to work. Oh well, at least it's not raining :) Sorry for all that whining - life is still excellent with my family and I love being a stay at home mom. My final exam (in psychology) was last week and I'm keeping my fingers crossed to get a decent degree in it. And then I'm done with school for a while, yay! Has everyone already started planning on Christmas? I did, and guess what? We're inviting our whole extended family to spend it with us! So that means lots of planning and eventually lots of cooking to do :) love it! I'll write more about it later and now baby-duty calling! Go see my latest pictures on my instagram! Enjoy your week:)

Pregnancy week 35: maternity leave just began

Good morning, everyone! What a beautiful morning it is! It's nice and sunny here in Helsinki - can't believe this is the last week we'll live in this house. We're moving a week from tomorrow, how exciting! My maternity leave also just started and now I'm going on week 35 on my pregnancy. This week I'll have a doctor's appointment - last one before labor, yikes!! It all seems more and more real now, and it's very exciting (and scary, too, in someway) to realize our baby can be here any time now. Spring is on its way!

 Hey there! Time sure flies as I realized it's been a while since I wrote here last time which was in december ;) Oh well, after all the fluseason and darkseason here up north, I feel like I'm finally starting to feel more energetic. Spring is on its way! I started on a new job last october and I just that was more than 4 months ago :) This new job is totally different compared to my old job so there's been a lot of studying - after work as well but absolutely at work. All the programs and just the culture; the way people act at work and what approriate and what's not requires some learning. I've also taken courses and actually got my IPMA-C program management certification the other day. Very rewarding to see the results! So far I'm liking this job a lot and mostly I think it's because I don't know anything about it ;) No I mean, this learning new stuff -phase is great.
