Black friday will be here again next week and I just cant wait for all the good sales coming up! I do have some major shopping to do for my baby #3 arriving in january so let's here them all :) I already posted on my Deal of the week -page what Mamalicious has to offer on black friday. We've finally agreed on our summer vacation and our destination will be Sunny Beach in Bulgaria :) We really went through all the options out there but realized we don't anything else than a good hotel (a decent one is not an option with 2 kids) that has activities for kids and adults too, walking distance from the beach, a mall and sun. Not too much sun, of course even though it might get super warm here too. And we're sorta on a budget this summer since I'm not working currently so saving money on something is a big bonus. The hotels we looked for, do need to have a playground for kids, restaurant(s) and they do need to offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. We also need a bigger hotelroom so the kids have enough room to play and a small kitchen area to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids if they need. Hey everyone! What a week it's been! First my toddler got sick with a flu, and now my youngest son seems like catching it as well :( We were supposed to go to Tallinn, Estonia this past friday but I had to cancel it due to sickness. No wonder kids get sick so often since the weather is so weird: one day it's warm and sunny, and the next day it rains and is just miserable. Just check my instagram pics and you'll see :) So what is there to do while you're stuck at home with sick kids and really can't go outside? Shopping. At Sarenza   they have all these deals for shoes (especially for Puma at the moment) but also bags and other accessories. Good morning! So the election day is finally here! Very exciting, at least for all my american friends over there. So who's it gonna be?! Soon we'll find out. Really nothing new here expect that I'm getting mad at this finnish weather. Just too much snow!! I had to shovel my way back to my house and did some shoveling in the parking lot as well - for the sake of the neighbors so they can actually park their cars in the lot in the evening or whenever. That's actually great exercise if you ask me and there's always that other side of the coin in everything :) If you wanna see how much snow we have since it snowed all night, just take a look at my  instagram . Today I went for a long walk with my boys. Yes, with my new all black Bugaboo Donkey Duo stroller :) I have to say I haven't regreted buying it even though it was a bit expensive even though I bought it second-hand. Anyway, life's too short and I realized - after selling my previous double stroller - that I really needed one; just a stroller for one and a wheeled board just wasn't enough for a sometimes cranky 2,5 year old. Besides, he still needs to nap and he only falls asleep during stroller walks so it was sorta must thing to get this stroller. Okay, it's the best stroller I've ever had. The ride is so smooth in every terrain I've taken it and they both seem to like, and it looks so cool too. So back to the walk..both boys fell asleep (and the younger one is just now waking up - he's been asleep for 3 hours!!) What a perfect weather for a long walk: it didn't rain at all and it wasn't too windy, plus I really needed that walk after eating a whol...

Where do these weeks disappear?! It seems it's always been a while since I've posted something. Anyway, here I am again and it's been a good week so far. L started at his new daycare center and so far so good. I mean it really seem like a great place for him for all their activities and what they teach to these children. Only 13 children total at this place which is great. Maybe we won't get all those bugs this fall as we did last spring. He's attending the daycare for four days each week so we have enough time to hang out just the 3 or 4 of us. We're currently going through the process of potty training, in co-operation with the daycare center so let's hope it works! Good morning, everyone! I decided it's time to have a blog makeover and change the name: Work and babies is the new one - only shorter from the old one so not really a big change :) And the blog's address will still be the same because I'm not sure how to change that without losing all the posts etc. doing it. From now on I will focus more on the current life situation, which is me being a stay-at-home -mom for about a year or even longer, and therefore focus more on the things related to that. I know, at some point during this past spring I wrote about our house renovation project because that was such a big part of our lives. I will probably write about things like that too but only to mention them - my focus will be my family and the ups and downs that come with it, literally and seriously speaking. I also haven't had too many pictures of my family yet on this blog and that is simply because I want some privacy for my little ones. That being said, I do have an ...
