 What a week it's been with moving in to a new home, packing and un-packing and finally making this my new home. New life as a single mom of three, bring it on!! *This blog post has ads.* Moving discount at Offerilla I started packing a week before my actual move which was the right choice with three kids and also I'm a working mom so time was limited. I wanted a moving firm to come and help me with mostly my furniture but also boxes and therefore I checked through major moving firms. The cost of moving kids beds, a kitchen table with four chairs, patio furniture and all the boxes varied from 400-1200€ euros. That was way more than my stuff cost since I didn't have a couch or a bed with me in my old home (those were delivered brand new from other places). So I googled some more and checked Offerilla  and they actually had a quite a few different deals under "Palvelut/Services" section. Fall is here and new beginnings hit our family big time: year-long battle with continuing our marriage or not has come to an end, and divorce is on the way. It's sad, obviously with three kids in the family, but we as parents are doing the best we can to be the best parents we can be. That's life.  So what we're going through right now, is putting our house on the market and seeing multiple realtors - it's hard work!! Good thing is that I think we agreed on the one we're selecting and that's obviously a relief. Not only is our divorce in process,  there's so much paperwork that needs to be done that I have to admit there have been a few nightless nights..Right now I'm glad we're agreeing and finally seeing things eye-to-eye which makes things a bit easier. Hello everyone! What a week it's been: I had my baby last tuesday and we're back at our new home. Let me just say it was a bit of a chaos, if I may call it. In the middle of the moving process on tuesday my contractions just kept coming and coming, stronger so we had to leave everything in the hands of our (the best ever) parents. They took care of little L, put everything in final place here at our home, cleaned it, cleaned our old place..what else? I am so grateful for all their help - we could not have done without them. Lucky us :) I stayed at the hospital until friday with the baby because he was born prematurely (pregnancy week 36+2) so they had to make sure he didn't lose too much his birthweight. He did, almost 10%, so we're really keeping track on how he's eating etc. Hope all goes well in the end and he'll start packing on pounds cause he's so tiny!!
