Good morning, dear readers! * this post includes an ad * September is quickly turning to october, and most people - at least here in Finland - like to do something special on their fall vacation. Not everyone wabt to fly outside the country but instead have a vacation in Finland and enjoy the beautiful fall colours. For that there's  Lomarengas  and the best part is that tgey have good quality cabins all over Finland. This year we're actually flying to Greece on fall vacation since we did this Finland vacation-thing this past summer. All I gotta say is that these cabins are worth taking into deep consideration. I love the cooler but not cold weather, hikes up north, picking berries, fishing and just spending time with the family. My kids are 100% outdoorsy kinda people, as in they love to explore the nature and that fresh air does some magic to their heads ;) they sleep like babies (or like middle-aged men :D) so thats another great reason for this kinda vacation. Hey everyone! Our family had a fun but not that relaxing (!) summer vacay this summer first time as a  family of 5. It's hard work, let me tell ya! My husband and I love travelling so we haven't given up on that even though our fam has grown. No, having a third one - baby - doesn't exactly make it harder but having 3 kids at different ages just makes it harder, if you know what I mean. 5 year old is great company and baby goes along the way but a 3 year old is a peace of work :D I'm just hoping it's a phase that will soon pass. Most of all, the number of luggage you need with 3 is massive, your organizing skills need to be in order, meaning 24/7. Skip a lunch and you're dead! Seriously. Right now being at home and vacationing locally to parks etc is a childs play :) home sweet home, for sure. Good monday, everyone! How's everyone doing? I'm good, haven't catched that awful flu yet and both kids are at day care - life is good! :) And while this week has finally gotten started, it's time to start thinking about fall and possible vacation planning. I'm not planning on travelling too far since I'm now officially 24 weeks pregnant and my 3 days + weekend -vacation isn't until the end of next month. So in reality maybe to Estonia or even somewhere here in Finland just in case something happens. But vacation is a must since this will be our last vacation as a family of four, yikes! Next time, most probably in the summer, we'll be a family of five and travelling gets more challenging for sure. So where should I/we or you travel next and which service should I/you use? Hey everyone! It's been a loooong time since I last time wrote and that's solely because my early pregnancy in may until the end of july was so difficult. Yes, morning and all-the-time -lasting pregnancy related sickness :( Luckily, it has almost stopped now and I can finally be happy about my pregnancy :) This summer me and my family travelled to Bulgaria, Sunny beach. If you've been following on my instagram, you'll see some fun pics from that vacay :) We also travelled to Estonia , Hotel Sveitsi in Hyvinkää here in Finland (top notch!) and after that we just relaxed here at home. Hey everyone! Summer is coming, believe or not, and many of you may already have plans for your summer vacation. Everyone travelling with kids know that you always have so much stuff with you: all the luggage, travel stroller (or two) and all those carry on bags - that's a lot with crazy, running away kids :) My opinion these days is that if you have even just one idea that can save your nerves (and muscles), take it :D I know, I've talked about these so many times so why not this time too? Hey y'all! What a week with deadlines at work, planning on what to pack for our upcoming week in Estonia and eventually going on the trip itself! This week I have my first event at work that I host and I'm getting so nervous! Luckily, this week will go by so fast with all this stuff going on :) Last week I wrote about our dream of having one more child and yeah - the project is still on :) Right now I'm in the middle of my cycle so let's keep our fingers crossed this will be the cycle that's gonna the take us closer on our dream <3 If not, then I'm not sure if we're gonna try anymore since it's always so depressing to find out you're now and your periods start :( Especially at this age it's sorta going 'flying away' the possibility of getting pregnant. But still, let's not lose all our hope! Funny thing is that I've been focusing on how that monthly cycle really works for me, meaning what are the best days to get pregnant....

Good morning, everyone! I'm slowly starting this workweek so I decided what better way to start it than blogging? :) Most people here in Finland have this week off as they are on their winter holiday. And what a week they have: lots of snow, sun but also a really cold weather. Currently it's -13 degrees and that's cold for me! I'm so lucky I don't have to travel to work today or tomorrow and I can just work from home. I'm not a fan of cold weather ;) But for those vacationing this week - super week! This weekend was all about doing stuff outdoors: playing at a theme park and playing in the snow at my parents house. My little boys love it and when we finally have a week off from being sick, you really need to take a full advantage of it :) So playing outdoors it is for us! We've finally agreed on our summer vacation and our destination will be Sunny Beach in Bulgaria :) We really went through all the options out there but realized we don't anything else than a good hotel (a decent one is not an option with 2 kids) that has activities for kids and adults too, walking distance from the beach, a mall and sun. Not too much sun, of course even though it might get super warm here too. And we're sorta on a budget this summer since I'm not working currently so saving money on something is a big bonus. The hotels we looked for, do need to have a playground for kids, restaurant(s) and they do need to offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. We also need a bigger hotelroom so the kids have enough room to play and a small kitchen area to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids if they need. A microwave is a must since I need to warm the milk for my baby and prepare morning and evening porridge for him as well. We also decided we're gonna...

Hello everyone! Just as I've only been back to Finland for 3 days, I'm already planning on our next trip - our summer vacation. I also posted a pic on my instagram to show what it looks like here in Finland :) You see why I need to back somewhere warm? Besides - dreaming is half the journey, right? Hey everyone! It's been a while because I was on a vacation with my family in Crete :) Wonderful holiday with perfect weather, the sun, the sand, the beaches..the food and the people. Go there if you like all those :) Everything went well even though I had my fears of travelling with two little ones. Will they get sick? Will they sleep or eat there? No worries, really. I packed all the baby food already here in Finland and I'm glad I did because not of the stores in Crete had baby food! Yeah, it wasn't quite the season yet so they didn't have any and my little one eats like a big boy. Diapers? Yes, they have those in every store but I still had everything ready so we didn't need to buy any. Clothes? I always have too many and you just don't really need that many clothes anyway cause you spend all your holiday at the beach. We we're lucky - we only had one rainy day.
