Blog about work and babies

Happy friday, everyone! Today me and both kids (L is at home on fridays) went to our local church's gathering, called perhekahvila (ie. kids play, we sing songs, have coffee and meet other parents from our neighborhood). I think it's an excellent idea to have something like this for those parents who stay at home and take care of the kids and therefore don't usually get to meet other parents in the same situation. Kids have fun playing and adults get to have coffee and cookies - awesome!! At least for us it's almost mandatory to attend it every week because my toddler really needs to meet other kids and just have some action. Then when we got home and had lunch, they both fell asleep so mommy could write her blog :) Surprisingly now that I really got into this, they're both waking up :) So anyway, got to go now and you all have a great weekend! :)

It's a sunny day outside and it's also getting warmer - goodbye, evil wind! We're heading to a Vappu market here in Huopalahti area, to a church (yes, our wedding church ) where they have a special vappu event. More sima drink, sausage, something sweet and even more vappu stuff, such as balloons. L got two balloons yesterday from my parents so..he wont need one but I'm sure we end up getting him more stuff. That's just us. We stayed home last night with my parents visiting us: eating, playing and just spending time together. That's how I like it. My husband went to a vappu party but got home early too - we're too old to party anymore :) He said he can't talk about anything else other than his family: L this and that, our pregnancy, day care life..that's how it's goes these days. I'm happy he goes out and sees people every now and then, even though I'm not up to that right now. He also talked to one of our old friend, a woman who has a 2...
