Canada wins worlds in ice hockey and baby gear from Babyshop

Good evening!

So it was an ice hockey filled past weekend with Canada winning the world championships, and Finland (winning) the silver medal. I'm not that into hockey but I did watch the games here and there - until I got the stomach flu :( Please, let this be the last one we're dealing with this spring (or in a long while if we're lucky). First my husband got it on saturday night and then it was my turn. Today's been such a lazy day with me sleeping all day long. Sorry, my posts are a bit depressing but hey, this is how our life is these days :)

Baby gear from Babyshop

In case you're interested in buying new baby gear this spring (clothes, strollers or other accessories), you need to check out Babyshop. They have ongoing sales going on through this spring and their web pages are in English also, so that should be helpful for non-native finnish readers. You can order stuff online so that's always helpful - especially if you're sick like I am and can't go anywhere outside the house. What I'm interested this time (yes, still) for the new baby: a new stroller, a car seat, a crib and a baby carrier. I'm still debating on which stroller I should buy since L is getting bigger and he wont need a seat for that much longer. Maybe a wheel board (like the one Bugaboo has, comfort wheel board) will do the trick and when he needs to sit in the stroller, I'll just have a baby carrier for the baby. Convenient, huh?
New clothes I wont need since I have so many good ones left from L. Easiest would be to order them in june and get them delivered straight to our new home - then I'd save some money and it would be so much easier to not have to carry them from here to our new home. Because, after all, I wont need them yet but only after my baby borns.

Sorry about my writing - as you can see I'm not quite there yet with this stomach flu still going on. My head is a bit empty now :) Let's hope this will just be a (bad) memory tomorrow! Have a great and healthy week, everyone!

 Hey everyone! It's been a long time since I've posted anything but so much has happened: I switched to a new job, spent summer with my kids, got divorced and catch covid-19. Yes, things happen mixing good and bad things but that's how life works. Can't always choose what happens next! I've been so good at dodging the covid bullet but this time I could not and it actually me and my boys. I'm fortunately fully vaccinated so I'm good but the boys haven't but they're still doing ok and have luckily only mild symptoms. I ran fever for few days, my throat hurts and I have a semi-runny nose - but that's it. We're staying in the house for now so no super markets, gym, day care or school, and not really meeting any people. I'm working remotely from home and kids are relatively calm due to the illness. Carena Kobbe travel stroller on sale + more sale items at Lekmer!

Hey everyone! Summer is coming, believe or not, and many of you may already have plans for your summer vacation. Everyone travelling with kids know that you always have so much stuff with you: all the luggage, travel stroller (or two) and all those carry on bags - that's a lot with crazy, running away kids :) My opinion these days is that if you have even just one idea that can save your nerves (and muscles), take it :D I know, I've talked about these so many times so why not this time too? Mountain buggy duet sisarusrattaat alessa!

This post is only in finnish this time :) Mukavaa sunnuntaita kaikille! "Tämä postaus on poikkeuksellisesti vain suomeksi ja se sisältää mainoslinkkejä. Ulkona tulee räntää ainakin espoon suunnalla ja meidän pojat jo kovasti odottaa talvea, lunta ja sitä myöten tietenkin joulua :) Itse aloin pohtia, miten pärjään talven matkarattailla, jotka nyt olleet etenkin autoillessa eniten käytössä koska niihin saa britax turvakaukalon kiinni. Näppärää, mutta edelleen se lumi: meillä siis Britax b-agilen matkarattaat ja noilla renkailla ei kyllä yhtään huvita tarpoa eteenpäin lumessa. Keskimmäistä varten niissä on seisomalauta, joka olikin kesällä käytössä mutta jotenkin nyt säiden kylmettyä 3v tahtoo istuimen. Mountain buggy duet tarjouksessa 499,90€ Sen takia olen taas pohtinut tuplaratasasiaa suuntaan ja toiseen, ja melkein jo päädyin ostamaan käytetyt Mountain buggy duet v3 Sisarusrattaat hintaan 350€.
